The product is used primarily as a fire tape to resist the penetration of an open flame into open joints, voids, gaps or holes in new combustible substrates. Available in 152 mm (6”) and 304 mm (12”) widths, Modiflex Roof Tapes are installed prior to the application of heat welded modified bitumen membranes.
