The underside is covered with a thin micro-perforated film surface that conveniently disappears upon heat welding to the substrate. Torchflex TF-95-SF-Base (3.0 mm) can be used as the “lay-flat” base sheet in a layered membrane construction system, and also as a vapour retarder.
