IKO Industries Ltd is a global leader in the manufacture of quality roofing and building materials for the residential and commercial markets. Our company is a family owned and operated business with roots in Canada but we have production facilities and sales offices around the world.

 Our residential products include four collections of asphalt shingles and related roofing materials, such as hip and ridge cap shingles, underlayments, ice and water protectors, starter strips, rigid insulation, roofing felt and low-slope cap and base sheets. 

In addition to the above, our commercial products include air/vapor/weather barriers, waterproofing membranes, asphaltic cover board, wall insulation, building envelope adhesives, mastics and sealants. 

What are our facilities like?

We pride ourselves on our safety standards and our commitment to sustainable environmental practices. We make on-going, significant investments in equipment, technology and training. Our manufacturing plants are state-of-the-art facilities and we build new ones to better serve our markets as the company expands.
