1. See Limited Warranty for complete terms, conditions, restrictions and application requirements. Please note that extended warranties which may be available to you through an IKO ROOFPRO® contractor may have different application requirements. Be sure to ask your roofer or IKO for details. “Lifetime” means the period of time commencing on the date of the completion of the installation of the shingles on the building and continuing so long as the owner owns the building on which the shingles were installed.
2. High Wind Application is required.
3. When shingles are installed over an approved underlayment.
4. The Impact Resistance rating is solely for the purpose of enabling residential property owners to obtain a reduction in their residential insurance premium, if available. It is not to be construed as any type of express or implied warranty or guarantee of the impact performance of this shingle by the manufacturer, supplier or installer, and damage from hail is not covered under the Limited Warranty. For further details concerning the FM 4473 standard, visit the FM Approvals website. For the UL 2218 standard, visit the UL Solutions website.
4. Products with Miami-Dade NOA, Florida Product Approval, and Texas Department of Insurance details are available. Miami-Dade & Florida Building Code High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) approvals apply only to shingles available in the southeast US market. For more information, please contact IKO at: 1-888-IKO-ROOF (1-888-456-7663).
Note: All values shown are approximate. Product developed with reference to these standards. IKO strives to accurately reproduce the screen images of the shingle swatches and house photos shown. However, due to manufacturing variances, the limitations of your monitor resolution and the variation in natural exterior lighting, actual colors may vary from the images you see. To ensure complete satisfaction, please make your final color selection from several full-size shingles and view a sample of the product installed on a home.
